Purchasing

Acquisition of property is concluded by a legally binding contract between the owning company and the buyer. The contract is governed and enforced by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. A notary public is involved during registration procedures.

New properties are sold with a 25% down payment and balance payments are distributed over quarterly installments until the property delivery date. Most villas are delivered within 18 months and apartments are delivered between 24 and 30 months.
