Red Sea Living was founded in 2005 and offers a personal and professional real estate service for clients wishing to purchase or sell a home in the Red Sea. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction. With over fourteen years living and working in the Red Sea, our team has the knowledge and expertise to deliver the quality of service our select clientele expects.

Our Range of Properties

Red Sea Living offer an exclusive portfolio of properties for sale throughout the Red Sea region, ranging from €45,000 to €1.5 million+. Our properties range from small luxury apartments to entire development projects. We also offer selected properties on a resale basis, and long term and vacation rentals.

Our Clientele

Our clients are primarily professional Europeans seeking second homes in the Red Sea for vacation, investment and rental income. We also attract a number of purchasers who are already living and working in Egypt and looking to purchase a permanent home here. The majority of our clients reach us by referrals from advertising, direct marketing, our web site and other international agents. Our network of affiliates is expanding all the time and we currently work with agents in the UK, Germany, Cyprus and the UAE. A lot of our clients also reach us by recommendations and word of mouth, and we have a very successful sales conversion rate of around 50%.

Red Sea Living specialises in providing a high personal level of service. As a small team, we are able to guide our clients through the enquiry, viewing and purchase process with integrity and ease. We spend considerable time with our clients to ensure that the properties we recommend meet their needs as closely as possible. Our service does not stop on purchase. Red Sea Living is a complete real estate resource and offers assistance with home furnishing/decorating including furniture packages and bespoke fitted kitchens; finishing, renovation and housekeeping services; legal and financial matters; rental programs; and advice on schools, medical care and community activities to help settle purchasers into their new home.
